"My work has evolved around the human body and the sciences that have turned that body transparent. Since my youth I have studied arts and dance simultaneously , focusing on these matters that come together in the form of videos, performance, installation art, painting and sculpture. This evolution began with the study of gestures and X Rays, taking bone structures to another level. Science and its new technologies have allowed me to dig deeper and deeper, reaching the genetic codes that enable all physical and psychological functions. My work is immersed in a genetic universe from where I take the prime matter to create another body, a textile of cultural content of the world that surrounds me. I see my works of art as reflections and mental connections with the bodily matter, something I obstinately need to make."
